NotiSift 개인정보 처리방침 (한국어)

NotiSift(이하 “앱”)는 Android 알림을 기기 안에서 분석해 광고성 알림을 정리하고 중요한 알림을 보호하는 앱입니다. 개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 이 문서는 앱이 기기 안에서 어떤 데이터를 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 가장 중요한 원칙: 알림 분석은 기기 안에서만 이루어집니다

• 알림의 수집·분류·정리 등 모든 분석은 기기 안에서만 수행됩니다. 클라우드 AI나 외부 API를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 인터넷 권한(INTERNET)은 알림 분석에 사용되지 않습니다. 네트워크는 두 가지 용도로만 쓰입니다. (1) 사용자가 알림의 분류를 직접 교정하면, 그 알림에 한해 문구와 분류 맥락이 익명으로 개발자의 수집 서버에 전송되어 분류 정확도 개선에만 사용됩니다. (2) 앱 품질 관리용 Firebase 도구(아래 참조)가 익명 사용 통계·오류 보고를 전송합니다.
• 제보에는 계정 정보, 기기 식별자, 위치 등 사용자를 특정할 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다. 전송 항목은 발신 앱 패키지명·앱 이름, 알림 채널 ID·그룹 키·중요도, 알림 제목·본문·수신 시각, 교정 전/후 카테고리와 분류 신뢰도, 앱 버전, 그리고 같은 설치에서 온 제보를 묶기 위한 설치별 무작위 식별자가 전부입니다. 이 식별자는 앱이 무작위로 생성한 값으로 기기·계정 정보와 무관하며, 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 재생성됩니다.
• 교정하지 않은 알림은 어떤 것도 기기를 떠나지 않습니다. 교정은 항상 사용자가 직접 수행하는 동작입니다.
• 앱에는 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 앱 품질 관리를 위해 Google Firebase의 애널리틱스(사용 통계), Crashlytics(비정상 종료 보고), Remote Config(분류 설정 원격 조정)가 포함되며, 이 도구들은 알림 내용에 접근하지 않습니다. 수집되는 정보는 익명화된 사용 통계와 오류 보고(기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 화면 이동, 오류 발생 시점의 앱 상태)로 제한됩니다.

2. 기기 안에서 처리하는 데이터

앱은 핵심 기능을 위해 아래 데이터를 사용자 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 저장합니다.

모든 분석(광고 분류 포함)은 기기에 내장된 규칙과 경량 온디바이스 모델로 수행됩니다. 클라우드 AI나 외부 API를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 기간과 삭제

• 알림 기록은 설정한 보관 기간(기본 7일, 구독 시 최대 90일)이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.
• 앱 설정에서 언제든지 특정 기록 또는 전체 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 데이터가 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자에게는 어떤 사본도 남지 않습니다.

4. 권한 사용 목적

• 알림 접근(Notification Access): 알림을 읽고 분류하며, 사용자가 승인한 규칙에 따라 알림창에서 정리하기 위한 핵심 권한입니다. 앱이 화면에 없을 때도 동작합니다.
• 모든 패키지 조회(QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): 알림을 보내는 모든 앱의 이름·아이콘·알림 설정 상태를 표시하기 위해 사용합니다. 조회 결과는 기기 안에서만 사용됩니다.
• 알림 게시(POST_NOTIFICATIONS): 사용자가 선택한 경우에만 정리 브리핑, 리마인드, 리포트 알림을 보냅니다.
• 배터리 최적화 예외: 백그라운드에서 알림 수집이 중단되지 않도록 사용자 동의 하에 요청합니다.
• 인터넷(INTERNET): 사용자가 직접 교정한 알림의 오분류 제보 전송과 Firebase 품질 관리 도구(익명 사용 통계·오류 보고·원격 설정)에 사용합니다. 알림 분석에는 네트워크를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 결제 정보

Pro 구독 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보에 접근할 수 없으며, 앱은 구독 활성 여부만 기기 안에 저장합니다. Google의 결제 정보 처리는 Google Play 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

6. 제3자 제공

앱은 어떤 데이터도 제3자에게 제공, 판매, 공유하지 않습니다. 오분류 제보로 전송된 데이터는 개발자가 이용하는 수집 서버(Supabase, 서울 리전)에 분류 개선 목적만으로 저장되며, 그 외 어떤 용도로도 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령과 무관하게 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

이 방침이 변경되는 경우(예: 선택적 클라우드 기능 추가) 앱 업데이트 노트와 이 페이지를 통해 사전에 알리고, 데이터가 기기를 떠나는 기능은 반드시 사용자의 명시적 동의(opt-in)를 거쳐서만 추가합니다.

NotiSift Privacy Policy (English)

NotiSift (“the app”) analyzes Android notifications on your device to clean up promotional notifications and protect important ones. We do not collect your personal data. This document explains what data the app handles on your device.

1. The most important principle: notification analysis happens only on your device

• All analysis — collecting, classifying, and cleaning up notifications — runs entirely on your device. No cloud AI or external APIs are used.
• The INTERNET permission is never used for notification analysis. The network is used for two purposes only: (1) when you manually correct a notification’s category, that notification’s text and classification context are sent anonymously to the developer’s collection server, solely to improve classification accuracy; (2) Firebase quality tools (see below) send anonymized usage statistics and error reports.
• Reports contain no account information, device identifiers, location, or anything that could identify you. The only fields sent are: source app package name and label, notification channel ID, group key and importance, notification title, text and post time, the category before and after your correction with the classifier’s confidence, the app version, and a random per-install identifierused only to group reports from the same installation. This identifier is randomly generated by the app, is unrelated to your device or account, and is regenerated if you clear the app’s data.
• Notifications you never correct never leave your device. Correcting is always an action you take yourself.
• The app contains no advertising SDKs. For app quality purposes it includes Google Firebase Analytics (usage statistics), Crashlytics (crash reporting), and Remote Config (remote tuning of classification settings); these tools never access notification content. Collected data is limited to anonymized usage statistics and error reports (device model, OS version, app version, screen navigation, and app state at the time of an error).

2. Data processed on your device

For its core features, the app stores the following data only in your device’s local storage:

All analysis, including ad classification, runs with built-in rules and a lightweight on-device model. No cloud AI or external APIs are used.

3. Retention and deletion

• Notification history is automatically deleted after your chosen retention period (7 days by default, up to 90 days with a subscription).
• You can delete specific records or all data at any time in the app's settings.
• Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data from your device. The developer holds no copies.

4. Permissions

• Notification Access: the core permission used to read, classify, and — only under rules you approve — clear notifications. It works even when the app is not on screen.
• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: used to show the name, icon, and notification settings of any app that sends notifications. Results are used only on the device.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: used only if you opt in to briefings, reminders, or reports.
• Battery optimization exemption: requested with your consent so notification collection is not interrupted in the background.
• INTERNET: used to send misclassification reports for notifications you corrected yourself, and by Firebase quality tools (anonymized usage statistics, crash reports, remote configuration). Notification analysis never uses the network.

5. Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play’s billing system. The developer never has access to your payment details; the app only stores whether your subscription is active. Google’s handling of payment data is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Third parties

The app does not provide, sell, or share any data with third parties. Data submitted through misclassification reports is stored only on the developer’s collection server (Supabase, Seoul region) for the sole purpose of improving classification, and is never provided to third parties for any other use.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes (for example, if an optional cloud feature is added), we will announce it in advance via app release notes and this page. Any feature that moves data off the device will only ever be added with your explicit opt-in consent.
